Chapter 1: Chapter 1: Prologue

A storm of crimson raged across the battlefield. The void stretched with streaks of red, and trembled with the weight of a war that had lasted for an extremely long time.

An entity with crimson eyes and black hair radiating a suffocating aura, clashed endlessly with entities whose power crushed star systems and destroyed worlds.

The void was littered with the bodies of the fallen—friends, allies, innocents—all claimed by a single unstoppable force.

He was the Blood Supreme. He was not born of Endra.

He was not bound by its fragile rules of cultivation. Rather, he had walked across worlds, traveled the universe, mastering life itself in its rawest form: blood. While others relied on natural energy, he had discovered a secret woven into the very essence of life: blood contains essence and life.

Through countless experiments, the Blood Supreme discovered that blood essence is inseparably bound to the life-force of a living being. While one remains alive, their life system is active and self-sustaining, preventing any absorption of blood essence. Only upon death does the life-anchor collapse, making the blood essence accessible for absorption.

The more blood essence he absorbed, the more powerful he became. With his own blood, he held absolute dominion. He could shape it,and weaponize it at will, unleashing it in devastating attacks. His body was no longer merely flesh, but a vessel of perfectly controlled blood, responding to his will without the slightest resistance.

For centuries, he had been unmatched.

Worlds crumbled beneath him, civilizations fell, and countless lives were claimed by his hand. Yet power comes with consequence. Those whose loved ones had fallen—friends, family, comrades—banded together, driven by vengeance, to challenge him.

It was revenge, not betrayal, that brought his downfall. No schemes, no treachery—only the fury of those he had wronged.

The battle was cataclysmic.

Cataclysmic attacks of blood and energy collided in a storm that shattered the void.

The Blood Supreme managed to eliminate his enemies. But their combined hatred and their attacks were overwhelming. For the first time in centuries, the Blood Supreme felt the inevitability of death. Even in victory, he realized he had still tasted defeat.

He was a rank 7 supreme at the time of embracing death, as he had not reached the rank 9 supreme level.

Even as his body began to fail, with the last of his strength, he condensed his heritage, the Crimson Reformation Technique, into a necklace for whoever might one day find it—not by purpose, not by fate, but by chance.

Before fading into nothingness, he spoke into the void.

Not to be heard.

Not to be carried.

Not meant for anyone.

Just words that vanished as soon as they were spoken.

"Take this...walk your own path and rise beyond me. Make the universe tremble."

With a final surge, he cast the necklace into the void of space, sending it drifting across galaxies, hidden in shadows, until it would be found by anyone, by chance, not by purpose, or fate.

The void remained silent, corpses and the stench of blood drifting across broken and shattered celestial bodies.

However, the crimson necklace was lost among the stars.

And somewhere, on a quiet, unsuspecting world, called Endra—a world that knew nothing of blood storms or cosmic war—the necklace landed. It was buried in a cave, waiting.

Centuries would pass. Millennia would stretch into oblivion. The blood supreme, his enemies and all who remembered him, would be erased from the memory of the universe by the ravages of time.

But eventually, the heritage of the Blood Supreme would be discovered by someone, not by fate, or purpose, but by chance.
