Chapter 20: Chapter 19 - Sleep Party Invitation

I felt like my Master’s head had just been hit by a hard object.

Which noble girl in her right mind would ask an apprentice maid to sleep together?

If Master Reina’s head hadn’t been hit by a hard object, this would have just been a joke used to tease me.

"Sleeping with Master Reina?" I asked to make sure I hadn’t heard it wrong.

"Yes, sleep with me, Liliana!" Master Reina replied with tears in her eyes, as if begging me.

The glint of her beautiful red eyes sent my thoughts into a tailspin. As an apprentice maid not yet officially assigned to the Duke’s residence, I couldn’t possibly fulfill Master Reina’s request.

For some reason, my body moved on its own and kicked open my bedroom door, as if I knew that my mother was changing clothes inside.

The corners of my lips lifted upwards, and I felt happy with this little prank.

I guess... Liliana’s habits and behavior have entered my body and become my new personality.

"Hmmm..." with a casual movement of her head, my mother looked at Master Reina, who was behind me, and was silent for a few seconds.

"Ugh, I feel bad for the Duke and Duchess about this."

"I don’t feel guilty, don’t worry!" Master Reina replied with a sweet smile on her face.

How could I possibly refuse it!

"Oh! By the way... there’s one thing I want to see and want you to do, Liliana."

"Hmmm?" I put on a curious face and had a bad feeling about this.

"Y-You know... I have a habit of sleeping after my long hair is tidied up first. Can you tidy my hair first before we sleep, Liliana?"

Master Reina immediately sat on my bed and made the rabbit doll that was on my bed fall.

Master Reina’s long, silky hair was combed well. I made sure her hair ends were free of split ends and unraveled her elegant braided hairstyle.
