After helping the little guy take a bath, she grabbed a big towel, carefully wrapped it around him, and carried him to the bathtub, cleaning off the water. Because the little guy boarded the flight temporarily, he didn’t have luggage, so Xu Xia took a fitted T-shirt of hers and put it on him as pajamas. After settling him down, she left the room and put his clothes in a bag, giving it to Lan Zi to take to the service desk for cleaning.

When handing the bag to Lan Zi, Xu Xia reminded her, "Don’t let him know about the newspaper stuff."

Lan Zi nodded and didn’t forget to comfort Xu Xia, "This might just be the media making wild guesses. Those reporters always write nonsense to grab attention. You have work tomorrow morning, get some rest early."

"Okay."

After sending Lan Zi away and locking the door, Xu Xia returned to check on the already-sleeping little guy, adjusted the air conditioning temperature, and heard her phone vibrating. She hurriedly grabbed her bag and went into the bathroom to answer the call.

The call was from Leng Lin. Knowing her flight’s approximate arrival time, he probably calculated it right before calling.

"Xiao Jie and the others didn’t get direct flight tickets, so they’ll arrive in Milan around noon your time tomorrow. It won’t interfere with your work, will it?"
