His stamina burned away at a frantic pace. He knew that both the Patrol Department and the Biotechnology Company had been alerted by now; he couldn’t afford to stop for even a moment.

The sound of drones came from behind him, and a sudden, inexplicable chill crept into his heart.
He was just about to cross the final street and leave the inner-city wealthy district, to escape into the river that ringed the city.

The ground trembled as a massive crash echoed from behind him.
Even in his Frenzy State, goosebumps erupted across Lu Chao’s skin. Something was wrong.
Without hesitation, he skidded to a halt, unleashed the power of his Stacked Force Fist, and threw a punch behind him!

A muffled boom erupted. The asphalt road beneath their feet shuddered and cracked, fissures spreading out for two meters.
A ring of white vapor exploded from the point of impact, and an invisible shockwave tore across the ground.
Lu Chao’s expression grew solemn as he slid back half a step and looked at his opponent.
He was facing a metal fist that glinted with silver light.

Following the silver metal arm up, Lu Chao saw a man in his forties with salt-and-pepper hair, dressed in a black suit.

"You killed Young Master Ruan, and you think you can escape?"
he said coldly. His eyes were actually cybernetic implants, flashing with a magnetic light as they scanned Lu Chao from head to toe, as if trying to identify him.

In the next instant, he unleashed the fist he had cocked at his waist. Silver light gathered on its surface, like some form of invisible Biological Energy, so blinding that one would not dare to meet it head-on.

The muffled impact vibrated through the entire street block.
Many residents in the nearby mansions were startled. Other security teams dispatched drones to investigate, some even preparing to encircle and attack.
Lu Chao changed his right fist into a palm, blocking the full force of the blow head-on.

Seeing Lu Chao’s predicament and that he was at a disadvantage, the Superpower Armor User sneered.
