Chapter 125: Che! Didn’t you want to bend me down?
"Ugggh!" Gu Chen stood completely frozen just a foot away from Bai Bing, his knees clamped tightly together and his butt cheeks clenched as hard as physically possible.
Gu Chen’s face scrunched up in disgusting expression, and the veins on his sweaty forehead bulged as his complexion turned unsightly.
One could see a strained shade of purple while he desperately fought an intense, churning battle all on his own in his lower abdomen that none could even dream of.
He had absolutely no idea what was happening. He had just come out of a month-long seclusion and had barely eaten a proper meal in weeks, so what in the heavens was suddenly brewing inside his guts to completely paralyze his nervous system?!
Normally a cultivator, more so an Origin Realm cultivator, possessed absolute control over their meridians, their Qi, and every single function of their physical body, but Gu Chen seemed to have completely lost it all in the blink of an eye.
Gu Chen tried, but could not move his arms or channel a single drop of his Qi. But on the other hand, his mind was entirely conscious and screaming in absolute terror as his face twisted into an incredibly weird and desperate expression.
"I... I just wanted to... show you my absolute... admiration for you, Ice Fairy..." Standing in front of Bai Bing, Gu Chen barely managed to force out the words out of his mouth, gritting his teeth as he tried to sound sweet and flirty.
However, with his bulging eyes and his trembling, tightly-clenched lips, the supposedly smooth pick up line just made him look like a complete, deranged lunatic.
Bai Bing stared at his sweating and pathetic face, and her beautiful blue eyes immediately filled with disgust. freёwebnovel.com
"Get your ugly face out of my sight," Bai Bing spat coldly, repulsed by the filthy look he looked at her with.
And then without giving him a second to process her words, she raised her hand and swung it forward and with a massive, bone-rattling force, slapped directly across Gu Chen’s cheek with a thunderous BAAM!
SLAP!
Gu Chen could not even circulate his defensive Qi to protect himself, and Bai Bing sent him flying off his feet, sending Gu Chen backward through the air like a broken ragdoll.
Bai Bing’s slap sent Gu Chen directly toward the unknown masked cultivator, but instead of trying to counteract, Gu Chen’s hand instinctively moved to clench his butt even harder, that slap sent a jolt through his spine as he felt a sensation that almost destroyed his last line of defence.
"Don’t send him my way," the masked man snorted in annoyance, not even bothering to raise his hands as he lifted his leg as Gu Chen approached and brutally kicked the genius right in the center of his spine, launching him violently across the blood-stone stage in the opposite direction.
"Uggh!" Gu Chen coughed up a thick spray of blood as he flew like a speeding cannonball straight toward Song Tianyu, who simply snapped his silver folding fan open with a graceful flick of his wrist as he watched the Gu Clan genius hurtling towards him.
"Are they play keepie uppie?" Gu fan looked at the sight in front of him amused, "They are quick to understand the assignment."
Meanwhile, Song Tianyu gave a perfectly polite smile, but his eyes completely lacked any warmth. He gently stepped to the side, elegantly swinging his Qi-infused fan right into Gu Chen’s face.
"It was quite fun having you here, Brother Gu Chen, but I believe it is time for you to leave," Song Tianyu mocked politely as the fan smashed into Gu Chen’s nose, completely shattering the cartilage and sending the heaven’s chosen protagonist spinning wildly toward the very edge of the elevated platform.
Gu Chen was entirely helpless as he plummeted toward the dirt ground below, but just as his body crossed the boundary of the stage, Bai Bing had already appeared there like a streak of blue light, reaching out to grab him by the collar of his expensive white robes, jerking him to a halt so he was left dangling helplessly over the edge of the stage.
The internal storm in his gut had already devastated Gu Chen and his mind was absolute hell.
On top of that, he, Gu Chen was the most highly regarded, heaven-chosen genius in the entire Poison Valley Town, yet he was currently being tossed around like a deflated ball in front of thousands of screaming spectators and the esteemed sect elders.
Why? Heavens why? Why have you abandoned me?
This must be the thought going through his head, but Gu Chen had no idea that the Heaven’s Will was doing its best to protect him, lay down opportunities on a platter for him, but there was someone... someone mightier than the Heaven’s Will standing between him and the Heaven.
Meanwhile, Bai Bing looked down at his drooling, twisted face, and she felt completely sick to her stomach since she couldn’t believe she had ever considered this disgusting, weak man to be a rival worthy of her respect.
SLAP!
Bai Bing ruthlessly slapped him across the face again, violently snapping his head to the side as bright red blood sprayed from his mouth.
But she did not stop there as she held him firmly by the collar with one hand and continuously rained heavy, punishing slaps upon his cheeks.
"You are such a massive loudmouth, Gu Chen!" Bai Bing berated him fiercely, slapping him so hard that his skin began to severely swell and turn dark purple, "Che! Didn’t you want to bend me down in front of all these people? What happened? Couldn’t make wake it up?"
SLAP!
"All you do is talk big and act like you own the world, but you ended up being such an absolute, pathetic disappointment!" she spat aggressively, hitting him again and causing a broken tooth to fly completely out of his mouth.
SLAP!
"The Gu Clan should just get rid of a weak, disgusting dog like you, because looking at your face makes me want to vomit!" Bai Bing was loud enough to make sure each and every word of hers travelled through the crowd. Her words had already made the crowd to go silent in shock.
"Pathetic," With a final, disgusted scoff, she violently whirled him around by his collar, using her Origin Realm strength to toss him high into the air above the center of the platform.
As she threw him away, her icy blue eyes darted straight past the stage to lock directly onto Gu Fan.
"Why focus on such a disappointment when there is clearly a more promising and manly man in the Gu Clan?"
